1. I need to open an account, how do I do it?
You can open an account through our Contact Us page.
2. Do you provide free trial order?
Yes. We do provide the trial order free of charge.
3. What file formats would the returned artwork be?
Format of your choice.
4. What are your standard turnaround times or lead times?
Our turnaround times vary from 4-24 hours.
5. What's the charge for editing?
Most of the editing is FREE, except adding new part to the original logo
we have done or you change your instruction that need us to rework,
such as adding, lettering, background, etc…
6. What if I am not satisfied with my order?
Do not pay.
7. How will I get my orders back?
You will be notified via e-mail that your job had been completed and
sent the way it was received. Files could be sent back to the customer
through e-mail attachment, FTP, or through your server.
8. When do I get the invoice?
You could choose daily, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly invoice options.
9. What payment options do you provide for payment of invoice?
You coud choose to pay via paypal and wire transfer.
